Our Partnership Approach
We know that delivering successful solutions depends on developing a partnership between our client and our team. This is a two way process in which we fully understand our clients requirements and they fully understand our costs and delivery time scales. Partnership means hard work, both for us and for you, as we need to work together to gain a deep understanding of your aims so that you get exactly what you want.
Project Documentation
No coding is undertaken whatsoever until a specification document has been agreed by our client. This means that the client knows exactly what they are getting; when and for how much. Preparing this document is the hardest part of the project as it will help you, the client, gain a deeper understanding of what you are trying to achieve. This can be challenging for both of us, but getting it right at this stage guarantees successful implementation.
Depending on the size of the project, we may well charge you for the preparation of the specification document. You will then own detailed documentation that will allow any programmer to understand your project and write the code for you.
Project Management
The involvement of a project management resource will depend on project size, however every project, no matter how small will be broken down into milestones. Payment milestones coincide with project milestones. This shows you that we are on track and shows us that you remain committed to the project.
Project Sign Off
A project does not end until you, the client, agrees that the deliverables match the initial specification. Any subsequent changes that lie outside the initial specification are treated as exceptions and are priced accordingly.
